One of our valued users has reported that one of our software products, "CompuHost Karaoke Hosting Solution" is apparently triggering a false positive with your Artemis Real Time scanner. This product has been in existence for over 7 years with thousands of users. Please advise as to what we can do to remedy this issue as soon as possible.

Request to get the user or a tech to locate the file that is getting detected submit it to www.webimmune.net and get the analysis id for the file.
Please post that id here we will have someone look into it.
On a side Note : The detection that you see is Based on McAfee GTI ( Global Threat Intelligence) technology .. These are in simple words, some smart codes/logic that sends instructions to McAfee installations across the globe to quarntine / detain files based on its behaviour and speard across the global automatically. This technology helps protect McAfee customer;s machine from any new or emerging threats in minutes ( subject to Network latency/ geo location) instead of waiting for daily updates to be rolled out.... Hence this detection might get automatically updated on its own ( the system is designed to see ,learn and rectify as it gets old)typing accuracy dropped :-( on 26/1/11 4:09:06 AM IST
Thank you for your quick response. I tried uploading the subject file to webimmune.net as requested, however the file exceeds the allowable size. I have therefore emailed the file as an attachment (password protecting the file per your instructions) to the email address designated on your instructional page.
Hopefully we can resolve this issue soon.

Ok, the message was returned as undeliverable, "550 Denied by policy", most likely due to the size of the attachment (21MB). How can I best deliver the file to you?
Thank you, but since this issue involves only the McAfee Artemis technology (NO other Virus Scanners falsely report an issue), I'll await instructions from them.
