I just received the following correspondence from the Labs;

Hi Cliff,

Submitted sample is clean, detection is suppressed.

Please try following these Guidelines/Instructions to help resolve your issues;

Allow 3-4 buisness days for the Labs to analyze/process. If your issue is not resolved after following protocol. Please kindly provide us the (Analysis id #)  associated with your Artemis! detection. Then I/We can contact someone internally at McAfee Labs on your behalf,and escalate your case.
