False Artemis!570DCCE3F0B1

 

Customer is trying to download a Patch from Jack Henry for the Core banking application “Quest”. 

It being blocked as Malware.  How do we confirm this is OK?  Have other companies said they have had issues?

What is triggering this that we can either go back to Jack Henry and inform them their software has something malicious in it.  Or if this is legit, can we remove the Artemis detection?
