McAfee-GW-Edition       Artemis

The above data was taken from VirusTotal ( https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/ef2a02ae5947e457f2926915e012b9c02596aac8f89d6ba7ae3539a0b4c1dfa9/... )

about a freeware backup application named Quopia                (Removed)

As I believe this is a false detection, could you please review that?

Thank you very much for your attention.

Hi Elenta,

As you mention, the file is an installer for Quopia backup software. The file has been whitelisted and will no longer be detected by GTI at the 'High' sensitivity level.

Regards,

Nick

If you feel the the software is Legitimate. Please follow the Guidelines/Instructions:

Corporate:

Detection Dispute Submission | McAfee Labs

Consumer:

Please allow 4-5 business days to be Processed/Analyzed. If by chance it is not resolved after allowing the appropriate time. Please post back the Analysis id # you should have received with your submission. We can then quite possibly contact a  Technician/Engineer from McAfee Labs to expedite the process.
