failed to deliver scan results to McAfee Labs,

I up the file with zip and protect , enter my email address in the preferences , and press the scan now, when scan finish will the report. but is failed deliver.

is any step , I did some wrong ?

No need in getsusp to zip the file just upload it. The virustotal way does work as well.

rather than scan now you can upload the file.

Peacekeeper is correct, there is no reason to 'Zip the File\Password protect it' when using Getsusp. I was referring to the initial method you tried.
