Could you kindly (Re-Submit) following prior instructions and post it please. Upon a successful submission, you will get a 'Automated' reply back from the Labs. It is my understanding that (2) of your detections have indeed been suppressed. Which leaves only (1) which requires evaluation.

Anyhow, I have indeed escalated your case on your behalf

Hopefully we will hear something in short order.

During submition must  specify

Product and version:

Engine Version:

.DAT Version:

but I don't know it, because used only report from virustotal

I suppressed the last hash sent via email. The customer will see an update in the system within a few hours from now.

I have written to mcAfee (Whitelisting Program) hope it help to prevent detection in the future!
