Two notes about your HijackThis log.

1) You probably were infected by having an out of Date Java installation (1.4.2).

2) The O20 line, (O20 - AppInit_DLLs: acaptuser32.dll zepuwuvi.dll c:\windows\system32\vulademu.dll) probably are the files causing your problem.

You can try using VSE Access Protection to block access any of those files that are detected bad when you upload them to www.virustotal.com.
