Re: Fake alert problem

FP_AX_CAB_INSTALLER.exe is your browser's Flash Player downloader and from what I read on the Internet fakealert-REPtrojan! is possibly a false positive.

What software is telling you it's a trojan?

I suggest you submit the file for analysis, instructions on how to do that here:  http://www.mcafee.com/us/mcafee-labs/resources/how-to-submit-sample.aspx

Re: Fake alert problem

I ran an outdated version of stinger that detected it.  That is the only version of anything I have run that has detected it.  GetSusp found some suspicous files but nothing that said that.
