Please help on this case. I sent file on Nov 9: 10469162
The file was cleaned by McAfee a few days back, I reported on this forum for help and escalation.
When I check the file through McAfee Total Protection PC version it's clear but the Virustotal is still showing detection on the file. Some customers using different versions of McAfee are also reporting problems.
I request you guys to please put it in front of the virus catching team to fix this false positive asap.

OK will pass this on. Can you check what products the customers are using this might assist the team.The engine versions should be the same unless they are not getting updates. that assume they are using the consumer version.
I have checked through McAfee desktop version and Virustotal.com. It's fixed now. I will keep an eye on it, and report you in case there is a change in status. Thank You very much for your help. Really appreciated!
