FALSE Artemis!427E85F195AA

I am again posting about BlitzMediaPlayer as I have had no updaate or resolution on this since my posting.  I have submitted via e-mail as well as here and have received no updates. This afternoon I tried obtaining an update via the Live Chat option on the web, and was directed to phone support where I was hung up on after being passed around through five support reps and then back to the operator. 

This is the information from the VirusTotal.com scan on the BlitzMediaPlayer file in question.

The above data was taken from VirusTotal.com (https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/27df6015d9e8cb172b5c6d8986d16dd58013c1ee99b5f 2ca56c7a4d642d9cdb8...) about one of our products.  Our product Blitz Media player (Which can be downloaded here https://s3.amazonaws.com/blitzmediaplayer/gui/BlitzMediaPlayerSetup.exe) is an ad-supported free media player. All users that download this software know that they may see ads during their browsing experience to help us keep the product free.

You're stll getting detected by 14 AV vendors, so there is something going on.

Posting here is not what's going to help you though - you need to submit your file via email or getsusp.

I am guessing you called the consumer support team? -I'm sorry but they are not going to be able to help you here as you don't have a product problem.

We did an email submission to virus_research@mcafee.com back on June 4, 2014 which is why I came back here to look for more answers as to why I have heard nothing back from anyone about the results of the testing.  When Scanning and submitting the file with getsusp it shows No suspicious files found, and the upload shows no suspicious files as well.

I have been unable to get any kind of response in 10 business days (14 days) since the submission to McAfee.  I am just looking for a point of contact at this point, to find out if the file has even been looked at.  I feel that this request is not unreasonable.
