Hello community,
I am a developer and in my freetime I develop tools to assist the development process. My programs, which are all free, are often in use in the business. I offer my programs on my own website. In my own development process I have never considered the possibility that I could have any problems with virus detection. But now it is in the focus and now I think about over, how to systematize this aspect. Are there any recommendations for developers like me (one-man-show) how to collaborate with virus scanner to achieve a higher security level? At the moment I use only Virus Total, as recommented here.
Thanks for tips and hint.
Cheers
Stefan

Hello Cliff,
thank you very much for your hint. With my next project I will use it.

You are quite welcome. There is also a Application similar to 'Virus Total' you can scan with. With Virus Total it implements the use of up to (53) Anti-Virus Engines. Herdprotect functions along the same methodology, however uses up to (68) Anti-Virus Engines.
Hello Cliff,
thanks for this interesting link.
Cheers
