Downloader-UA.h trojan virus

I am running windows vista 16 bit i think. I got this virus by downloading 5 fake songs on limewire. I've learned my lesson on P2P networks. Anyways, it detects it and quarantines it but requires me to remove it manually. I don't understand how to remove it manually from the directions on McAfee's website. It is pretty technical and i'm average at best with this stuff.

I also get a C:\PROGRA~\Java\Jre6\bin\ssvangent.exe error that says i'm denied access whenever i am changing websites. but, it will still let me change to the new page. Any thoughts on that as well.

Thanks in advance.
