RE: Blue Screen Error Message

hi dcommedo,

it's possible that a virus may have indeed corrupted your computer. to verify if computer can still work properly, please do the ff. steps:

1. restart the computer
2. while it's restarting, continously tap the F8 key
3. on the windows advanced options, use the arrow keys and choose "Safe Mode with Networking"
4. computer will boot
5. verify if you're able to work with applications (not all applications will work. safe mode is disabling all 3rd party software, and that mostly include spywares)
6. if computer is still not working in safe mode, you might want to have a local tech fix your computer
