If your Submission was successful, you automatically receive a Analysis ID# from the Labs. Did you zip it and Password protect it using the word infected .?
You can also upload it to Virustotal.com and get the MD5 hashes.

The software is called ubot. It does seem suspicious, can we ask the customer what they use this software for please?
