                  Give it 4-5 business days to be Analyzed/Processed and if not resolved by then, Please post back the Analysis ID #. We can then contact some at McAfee labs and quite possibly expedite the process. Thank you for your patience, as there are over 150,000 detections or more on a daily basis.

Just wanted to check one more thing.Will i get an auto reply after sending the file with the analysis number? I never got one.

Ooops, I must have missed that initially. Did you follow the procedures and zip the file, and password protect it? You can also submit it per instructions by running the McAfee Getsusp Tool. Simply add your email address under "Preferences" before scanning.

You should receive a "Work Item id # with this method.

To answer your question,if submitted properly you should have received an Analysis Id #

I am sorry, I assumed you already had the Link, in which PK inserted below. The McAfee Getsusp Tool is with-in that Link as well.

                    Then evidently you did indeed have the submission link. It could be possible that it was over 10mb,s?

Could you try following the instructions, and submit it through Getsusp. Remember to add your your email address under "Preferences" before scanning.  How to Use GetSusp | McAfee Free Tools

                   Please kindly post back your results. You should receive a Confirmation from McAfee Labs with a Work Item

id #.

Getsusp has a size limit as well try it . What is the actual size and is there any link to the file download?
