It pertains to any Microsoft patch that adjusts the c:\windows\winexesvc.exe.  McAfee deletes this file but the patches go through successfully.

I have asked our desktop support team for the file but seems like McAfee is deleting the file. I will see if they can get the file for us. Thanks.

Just following up...Has your 'Desktop Support Team' submitted your detection to the labs yet?

You can go to your quarantined items and restore/copy the file.
