Antivirus 360

I am having an issue where I downloaded what I thought was a Antivirus program for my computer because my McAfee Subscription had expired. Now I have this ugly Trojan or Spyware (not good with computer terms) on my laptop and my new McAfee Virus program, and my new spyware program isnt getting rid of this horrible thing. What can I do that is free of charge and will not destroy my computer completey??

RE: Antivirus 360

Always best to start a new thread rather than tag on to someone else's, especailly when it's about something different.

What is your operating system and service pack?

Check THIS link for removal instructions. Scroll down, DON'T click on the first thing you see, go down and read the whole thing then carefully follow their instructions.
