While I can appreciate your frustration, you must take into account that the past 2 days have been part of a Long Holiday Weekend for McAfee employees. Today being a day off as well. Please refer to Post #1 and allow the appropriate time.
All one has to do is go to the 'Artemis!' discussion section and will see that following the protocol, in the majority of cases were resolved, in most cases expediently.
