ePO Columns to display ENSM 10.7.5 Products in System Tree

Jump to solution

What columns do I need to select in order to see in the System Tree what ENSM 10.7.5 products are installed on a system? I can't find the appropriate columns to choose, so I have to drill into each system and then look at the installed products tab to see.

Hello @cpborders

Thanks for your response.

Please have the backup of the ePO Server and ePO Database with the help of the KB66616.

Extensions for ENS (Windows and MAC) are same, Only extra you need is License Extension.

From Screenshot 1 please check in the first package and it will automatically update the extensions and packages.

If not you can download the particular extensions which you are using in your environment and get it checked-in.

You can download it manually from the Product Download Site.

Use the Grant number and Registered email address with the Grant Number.

Hello @cpborders

Thanks for your post.

There is no separate column for the MAC the one which you have selected is correct.

I would like to request you to please update the extensions.

Go to the Software Manager and Update the ENS 10.7.0 Bundle.

Also please make sure that you have the EndPoint Security Mac License Extension is checked-in.

Sorry, are you asking me to update the ENS 10.7 (Windows) bundle to get an extension that I need for ENSM 10.7.5 (Mac)? I've attached a couple of screenshots. I don't see that I need any updates for ENSM 10.7.5 (Mac). I do already have the EndPoint Security Mac License Extension checked in.
