deploying mcafee agents to mac's

trying to deploy mcafee agents to mac's but get the following message:

2/24/15 9:51:47 AM     SSH Output: Looking up host "system"

2/24/15 9:51:50 AM     SSH Output: ssh_init: Host does not exist

2/24/15 9:51:50 AM     Error copying file C:\Windows\TEMP\mfe65635801.tmp\install.sh to system, system error: 1

any suggestions how to install this successfully?

"McAfee Agents" sounds more like Enterprise so have moved this to Business > MAC & Linux Products.

Hi

As far as I am aware you cannot deploy the McAfee Agent to OS X.

Could you tell us where you have captured the Log information you have posted from and I hcan take a look in our Enterprise.

GOT IT!

You have to enable ssh on your clients. Do so by System Preferences > Sharing > Check "Remote Login" and make sure the user account that you're using to deploy McAfee with is in the "Allowed Users" section.
