Virusscan for Linux 1.9 error installing on RHL 6

I am getting an error "cannot access /opt/nai/LinuxShield as user nails".  There is enough space, but the error keeps happening.  Any ideas?

is this server using local authentication for users or is it setup to authenticate through some other authentication mechanism like active directory?

This is pretty old so I'm sure you have figured it out but the installer does not set the permissions on the directories correctly.  A 'chmod -R 755 /opt/NAI' should take care of this.
