VSEL - Nowhere to get value from by Update DAT file

Hi,

We have devices that works with linux and where VSEL 1.7 is installed.

The Update of DAT file is no issue except by 2 devices.

In updated log we see following lines

10/28/2014 10:42:57 AM Starting DAT update.

10/28/2014 10:42:58 AM Nowhere to get value from.

10/28/2014 10:42:58 AM Update Finished

10/28/2014 10:43:20 AM Closing updater session

Does anybody experience the same problem ?

Does somebody know what the cause is ?

Hi,

I saw this once and the underlying problem was, that the Linux Engine was not present in the Master Repository of the ePO.

Frank

Thematically it should belong to Mac & Linux products

Hi,

have you tried to reinstall the McAfee Agent? If this doesn't help, you should also check the agent logs at /opt/McAfee/cma/scratch/etc.

Frank
