Uninstall LinuxShield 1.6 on RedHat 4

Hi guys,

I am unable to uninstall Linuxshiled 1.6 on a redhat 4 server. I get the error below

rpm -e McAfeeVSEForLinux

/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.46450: line 3: /opt/NAI/package/McAfeeVSEForLinux/setup: No such file or directory

error: %preun(McAfeeVSEForLinux-1.6.0-28488.noarch) scriptlet failed, exit status 127

and when I run this command to see if LinuxShield is installed, this is what i get below.

rpm -qa |grep VSE

I have logged a case with McAfee support, have  a case number but they are unable to assist.

Is there anyone who has experienced this issue and how did you resolve it. Please also provide the commands as I am not familiar with Linux.

Thank you
