Remotely report on repositories

I have 600 Macs that are supposed to be reporting to our corporate ePO servers. Though, I suspect that some are pointing to McAfee http servers instead. These machines are all over the country and I need a way to report on whether they are looking internally or externally for updates.

Can anyone advise a shell command / bash script that would help me figure that out. I've figured out the pertinent data is listed in the ServerSiteList.xml file, but I don't know how to read and filter that via scripting.

Any help would be way appreciated.
