Obtain version and build number of Security for Mac

For automated reporting purposes, via command line, I need to retrieve the full version (including build number) of McAfee Security for Mac.

I can easily get the version number by reading out the CFBundleShortVersionString from the info.plist within the application bundle:

/usr/bin/defaults read /Applications/McAfee\ CFBundleShortVersionString

However, this only gives me the major version number: 1.2. I need to also capture the build, in our case: 1549

You can see this when you select About McAfee Security from the menu bar item. Where in the world is that data stored? I can't find it for the life of me.

thank you,
