I am testing Endpoint Security for Mac 10.6.5 on a few test systems before we update the rest of our organization to it. I have come to a potential issue. After pushing ENSM 10.6.5 from EPO to a system on Mac OS Catalina it prompts the user to Provide full disk access to a list of processes (screen shot attached).
My question is why is this not automated. I'm not sure I want to trust all of our users to manually allow these files so that McAfee continues to function. Is this a bug. Other then a MDM what option is there to resolve this.
Boy... this is brutal. Between Windows 10 issues with Microsoft and Mcafee not playing nice, now MacOS is doing the same? What a nightmare.

I recently upgraded a Mac to Catalina and install ENSM. I haven't found an easy way to trust those files. There doesn't seem to be a way to browse to those files from the Privacy Finder. I also tested that attached file on KB91109 and it doesn't appear to work.
I was able to add them. You have to go to Full Disk Access Access on the left pane. Click the lock icon to elevate privilege. Then you select the + icon and it gives you a finder window. Just type the name of each program in the search box and it finds the path. You just repeat this for each of the 4 files. Make sure they have a check mark next to each file added. When I did this fmpd was already in the list i just had to click the check box. Then added the other 3 files.
you may have trouble to find the files, in that case at the point of search you can press 'Shift+Command+G' then the 'Go to the folder' window will pop up, then you can enter the file path to locate the McAfee processes need to be add
