He keeps getting an Error Code: 1 on his AV client and were really not sure what is going on. He has not had any software updates to his AV that I show. He is on the 4.0 agent minor 1396 and MSfM 9.0 (3975) because he is a user that normally works from home, we have not yet updated him to the 4012 version of the AV client and he does not have the 4.5 agent as of yet. There are a few other Mac's that are working properly with that combonation of client and agent, so not sure where the fault is. There are other logs that we have from his computer but they are quite long.

Hi,

Please check if a process named "fmpd" is running. An Error Code 1 generally means that the process is down. Can you update the machine details too???
