Mac Anti-malware 9.1 and infected locked files

We're having problems with locked files that are infected with viruses such as Generic Autorun!inf.g and W32/Renocide.gen.d which get moved onto the MACs from memory sticks used on Windows machines. It seems the antivirus software cannot deal with them until they are manually unlocked. Once the files (usually .exe and .inf extensions) are unlocked the OAS deletes them immediately.

Is there anyway to allow the antivirus software to automatically unlock these infected files when it detects them?

Thanks

John
