Issue with ENS 10.5.9 not updating DAT after upgrade to ePO Agent 220.127.116.118
We have started to deploy the latest ePO agent 18.104.22.1688 to Mac systems. These systems are all running the latest EndPoint Threat Prevention for Mac 10.5.9.113. I have noticed that the ePO agent will intsall with no issues and report back to ePO. However, the systems won't update to the latest daily DATs until the Mac system is rebooted.
Has anyone seen this issue or know if this is normal behaviour. Most of the Mac systems on our campus stay on all the time so this will be an issue if they don't update the daily DAts until they are rebooted.
