ENSTP Standalone On Access scan compliance

Jump to solution

Hi,

We are using Endpoint Security Threat Protection for Linux 10.6.5.107 and are in the process of updating to 10.7.1 on RHEL 7.8.

This is a standalone system which is not managed by ePO,

What does the compliant element refer to when viewing the output of

/opt/isec/ens/threatprotection/bin/isecav --getoasconfig --summary

On-Access Scan : Active and Compliant

The only vague references I have found seem to indicate that it matches the policy provided by ePO, and non-compliant is that it differs from the ePO policy.

So if this is the case, can it return non-compliant when the system is not managed by ePO?

i.e. Do I need worry  what this value is?

Thanks
