ENSL 10.5 Threat Protection install fails

Jump to solution

I'm installing ENS TP 10.5 on RHEL 6.9 with a client task.  The status in EPO shows a successful install.   However the software isn't installed on the server.  Are there ENS install logs I could review on the server to find out why it's not working ?  I've looked at the agent logs and don't see why the install is failing.

Hi Moretrue,

I know ENS log locations for the actual product itself once it's installed can be located in:

/opt/isec/ens/threatprevention/var/

I believe the location for the actual deployment logs would be found in:

/var/McAfee/agent/logs/McScript_deploy.log
/var/McAfee/agent/logs/McScript.log

The installation log can be found in /tmp/ and is called isectp-setup.log
