CentOS Linux release 8.2.2004 (Core) is support for Endpoint Security for Linux Threat Prevention

I am not able to install the Endpoint Security for Linux Threat Prevention 10.6.9 in client-side OS is (CentOS Linux release 8.2.2004 (Core)) then I tested with eicar virus total not detecting the virus and showing kernel issue.

Please help me out, it's urgent

@balap , CentOS 8.2 is NOT supported by the Endpoint Security for Linux Threat Prevention at this time. We announce supported OSs on one of our articles. (https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB87073)

@balap , CentOS 8.2 is NOT supported by the Endpoint Security for Linux Threat Prevention at this time. We announce supported OSs on one of our articles. (https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB87073)

Thanks @yukikane,  one quick question, windows 2016 standard is support ENSL (McAfee_Endpoint_Security_10_7_0_824_11_bundle), I am not able to install in OS (windows 2016 standard) and one more eicare virus is not detecting.

@balap Thank you for the reply. Windows 2016 is NOT supported by ENSL but ENS (for Windows). We have an article for ENS (https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB82761).
Windows 2016 standard is supported by ENS based on above article. If you need support for this product, I would recommend you to post under ENS forum.

Thanks for reply @yukikane, I have doubt do we need to disable or remove the  Windows Defender while installing the ENS 10.7.x on windows 2016 server.

No, need to disable the windows Defender during the installation ENSit will disabled.  for more information post the query in ENS Windows channel.
