Can't start Mcafee on Mac

Hello,

I have been using Mcafee virus scan on my mac for the last 3 months and it was working fine. But the other day it stopped working. I can't even start the program. If i go to applications and start it I get the following message "failed to launch Mcafee". I run the virtual technician several times, but could not solve any problems. My license is valid until March 2012. Please help!
