My AT&T service provided a copy of this product but there is no documentation. I have installed it but I am not sure how to use the various aspects.
Now it seems like different functions are uninstalling on there own. Real Time Scan and Site Advisor just disappeared and the menu bar notification alternates between "Your Mac is Safe" and "Your Mac is at Risk."f
Unless I can get some support soon, I will uninstall this app and throw it on the trash heap of "disappointing ports of PC apps that really aren't made for the Mac."

In addition through the Link Inserted, you can contact Technical Support as well.
All the Best,
I just finished a worthless chat session with Mcafee support in which they failed to acknowledge any responsibility for this software despite their copyright all over it. I even provide the serial number provided me when I dowloaded it but they claimed to have no record and tried to throw the blame on AT&T who offered it as part of their internet package. I will try following up with AT&T but hold little hope for support there and I really believe there is absolutely no documentation available for this software which is ridiculous for something that takes direct control of system routines. So I will be uninstalling it and would not recommend it to anyone in the future.
Unfortunately the software provided by AT & T and other ISP's and some computer manufacturer's is controlled by them and often not quite the same as that provided directly by Intel/McAfee.
If there is nothing in the help section of the user interface, all you can really refer to are the FAQ's here: Consumer Support
However, I will inquire internally if there is a manual somewhere in the system.
I've been told that there is no outside documentation for this product.
All there is would be available by clicking the Help within the user interface. See below (click to enlarge).
Further help would be through the link I have already provided.
There was/is no Help button anywhere in the Interface?
Manuals used to be published but now no longer are, sorry.
Technical Support is free of charge by phone or online chat:
This is why I recommended (Clicking) on Support with-in the Link.
