I just purchased total protection on my new (well, used) MacBook and when i go to add a device to my account it says i must be on a PC to install it, but i am, i am on my laptop. Please help ):

Total Protection on it's own is not MAC compatible, so that would be why it's saying that. The All Access or LiveSafe products are multi-device compatible.
