Service Request Response Time

What a reasonable amount of time for McAfee to respond to a consumer online service request?  I cannot find any way to request a status or follow-up.

Hi bzumwalt,

Kindly specify whether you contacted Tech Support or the Customer Service Department. Also post back whether you contacted by Phone or Chat or Email Support plus the Service Request number for your Interaction.

Hi bzumwalt,

I see from the Service Request that you have submitted your query but not Initiated a chat session with one of our Technical Support Representative. It is necessary to allow the chat program through your Web browser for successful Session establishment. Also make sure you have JAVA installed in your browser for creating a Chat Session.
