I sincerely apologies as i did not mean to deny the support from Community Help Forum. We have dedicated site for each product in our community. The reason i requested is to get more visibility from product expertise and others in community on your issue. Product expertise would have subscribed the specific forum site to get immediate alert not all and they may or may not notice the other forums.
