I cannot get the thing to install I have been trying for weeks. I keep getting the error code that I'm not connected to the internet. i contacted customer support two weeks ago and they looked through my logs and found nothing, they summed it up to be a server side problem that would have been resolved in a week. That was two weeks ago. Today I'm still having the same issues. i have downloaded a new installer package reset my browser, used a different browser. I'm out of ideas. please see my computer stats below.
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)
2.3 GHz Intel Core i7
16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB
i have attached a screenshot.
Do you by chance have your service request number when you contacted Technical Support? We could quite possibly have our Resident Forum Technician take a look at what all transpired during your Support Session.
During the interim, have you by chance attempted to contact Technical Support and have your issues escalated?
I have also pinged someone whom has the expertize in regards to Mac Products.
All the best

unfortunately its no to both answers, i have misplaced the numbers and its hard to contact customer service due to their hours and my work hours.
When you called them did you use the email address that you used here for the forum. If no message me the address and I will contact that tech and he will look up your call details. To message me click on my name and friend me Also this is Mac and we mods are not experienced in Mac issues.
please do not post the address here
As you can see, we exhaust every avenue we can to find a way to assist you in order to get a resolution to your problem. It is my wish that indeed that your issues can be resolved. PK is quite correct, we Mods on the Consumer side of the equation are not well versed in regards to Mac Products.
Again, Wishing you all the very Best

You say "Master Installer" - did you go to your account page and send the link to your MAC and then proceed from that?
I was thinking if that arrived on your MAC OK then the software should be able to find a connection, however, as has been mentioned earlier, there have been issues reported with Yosemite's Gateway so I would escalate the issue with Technical Support and with the added help that we may be able to muster at this end, I'm sure it will be sorted out. TS should be able to find your last ticket from your email address.
