This is a version I get through my university. When I do a full scan, it claims to find 12 problems - yet it seems to do NOTHING about them despite preferences set to quarantine. There seems to be NO LOG of any kind to describe what these problems are or to show me WHAT so I can clean them myself. I can do multiple scans - each time 12 problems show up.
It seems I've gotten what I paid for, almost nothing. Can someone explain what I'm missing or do I just move on to a real product?

The business pages you pointed to are confusing, don't separate out mac issues and don't seem to address my issue.
This is why it is sometimes better to make your own choices and buy your own services.
