Users & Roles not available under Configuration options

I'm new to using MVISION ePO, but I've been managing on premise ePO for over 10 years.  I'm logged into MVISION ePO and wanted to view/create users & roles, but I don't see "Users & Roles" listed under the Configuration options even though the documentation says I should be able to find it there.  Can someone explain why I don't see that option, and what I need to do in order to view that option?

It must be under configuration, if you dont see that option then your account does not have the administrator roles.

Please ask the mvision tenant admin to provide administrator permissions to your account

I already had the MVISION ePO Administrator role.  I asked the tenant admin and he added the MVISION Account Admin role so now I can see the option for Users & Roles.
