MVISION EDR configuration error

Hi everyone

I try to configuration MVISION EDR integration with ePO console on premise. I found error in EDR Cloud console "There is no ePO connected for the account" you can check error in image.

I recheck configuration step in document guide. Everything is completed. You can check my configuration in case attachment.

Cloud you please help me to resolve the issue?

Hi @BrightT,

Good day to you!

On checking, I see that the tenant that you are using is based out of the Sydney data center, but the link that is being used by the DXL cloud databus points to the US data center.

Please navigate to ePo --> Server settings --> DXL Cloud databus and update the URL as below:

https://api.soc.ap-southeast-2.mcafee.com/cloudproxy/databus/produce

Once done, please check the MVISION EDR Settings page if the URLs are updated from "https://api.soc.mcafee.com" to "https://api.soc.ap-southeast-2.mcafee.com". Please attempt to configure the ePO 10 minutes after this change is done.
