Hi,

The McAfee® mobile cloud security solution allows you to include mobile devices in the endpoints that are protected by McAfee® Web Gateway Cloud Service (McAfee® WGCS) when you configure the Access policies in the McAfee® MVISION Cloud UI.

It can establish VPN tunneling to the McAfee Cloud infrastructure allowing for traffic redirection via supported Mobile Device Management platforms.

After you set up the mobile cloud security solution, software on the mobile device redirects HTTP/HTTPS traffic to McAfee WGCS for filtering. You configure the settings that McAfee WGCS uses to filter HTTP/HTTPS traffic in MVISION Cloud UI.

So, in other words, McAfee Mobile Cloud Security protects the mobile user’s security and privacy with the combined use of VPN and cloud filtering policies.
