MVISION Mobile API server outage

Hello,

Recently we noticed a connectivity issue with the McAfee MVISION Mobile API server (qi.mcafee-mvision-mobile.com) for hours:

Started at 23/01/20 23:00:01 GMT

Ended at 24/01/20 18:01:16

It was reporting that error "504 Gateway Time-out" and our investigation did not find any blocked traffic on firewall level or locally on the ePO server. We were able to telnet from different ePO servers but it was still not sending back proper feedback.

Are you aware of any maintenance or issues with the API server at that time frame?

As far as, I am aware there seems to be no issues. If there is any maintenance issues, we will notify customers accordingly. All these maintenance windows are scheduled and done usually over the weekends for new product, feature update for MVISION. Customers are notified well ahead.

Thanks for that information. 

In case we face similar issues in future I will raise a SR ticket with you since that client has only few devices connected but they plan mass deployment and we cannot afford to lose access to security events data for hours.

We are currently experiencing similar issue and the server task fails with that error:

"500 null"

Any ideas where I can find additional information? Orion log does not provide any information.
