I have a question with the CASB access control policies

Dear

I need your help, in our organization we need to implement an access control policy.

In this case we create a policy that prohibits access to O365 services from prohibited locations, which does not work.

On what occasions should reverse proxy be used to configure access control policies?

Re: I have a question with the CASB access control policies

Hi @deinzo

Please refer to this doc:

https://success.myshn.net/Policy/Access_Control_Policies/Geo-Location_Cloud_Access_Policies

It is possible to leverage the Reverse proxy to block access from specific locations. The above document details the exact configuration to achieve this.

I hope this helps!

Thanks!
