"Failed to get for process info of" errors

Hello,

Move AV 3.6.1.141 clients running on Windows 2012 R2 Datacenter Edition servers (I get the same with Windows 2008 R2) keep logging:

K.0004.1184: Oct 21 2015:00:45:52.894:   WARNING: utl_rt.c:  109: Process info is NULL for proc handle 0x4

K.0004.1184: Oct 21 2015:00:45:52.894:   WARNING: fsh_winnt.c :  216: Failed to get for process info of (System)

Is it something I should be worried about?

I followed https://community.mcafee.com/message/365693#365693 and here is my output of fltmc:

Filter Name                 Num InstancesAltitudeFrame

------------------------------  -------------  ------------  -----

mfehidk                                     329998.99   <Legacy>
mvagtdrv                            2   321320     0
mfehidk                             3   321300.00  0
npsvctrig                           1    46000     0

Thank you.

Re: "Failed to get for process info of" errors

Is there any other filter driver who is holding the file or process. It is at that time you see this message.

Re: "Failed to get for process info of" errors

I provided the output of fltmc. Do you see any filter drivers holding the file or process?

Re: "Failed to get for process info of" errors

This warning can be safely ignored. I was telling this could be because of some of the filter driver holding the file or process or some other reason.
