Providing access to a third party support provider

Hi We are handing over support of this product to a third party and have a requirement to create an login under our account so as they can log support requests if required? This account should be limited to the ability of logging/reviewing tickets only Is this possible ?

Hi Aguevara 

Thank you for your resposne. It would be a secondary login to our account for a business partner providing support on our McAfee Move AV product. This login is to the Enterprise Support Service Portal
