Move Muliplatform 3.6.1/ query

Hi Experts,

I have 2 OSS scan server which keeps getting warning threshold reached but the thing is the OSS is handling only 200 clients and i also have secondary server configured without SVA manager. My understanding is if primary OSS is down the clients have to contact secondary OSS right ?

I know we can setup sva for load balancing but what if there is no sva. How does the secondary OSS take over ?

In the move AV client policy I have already defined primary and secondary but yet I don't see fail over happening when primary goes down ??

I just want to understand the below logs that i got from one of the client systems running Move-AV client

What are these error all about can someone help me understand please.

1 ) What is Scan smartfile transfer ? does this mean transferring file to OSS server for scanning ?

2 ) ivmc_recv failed(STATUS_TIMEOUT) with error 0xc00000b5 ??
