Move Agentless troubleshooting


What is the best way to troubleshoot MOVE agentless.

I did configure everything and in ePO 3 systems are reporting that they are protected and the other systems are not protected. VMWare tools are installed on all systems with all options.

- Restart the MOVE service.

- Do an wake up agent call on SVA.

- Once the wake up agent is successful,

- Carry out the connector sync.

I had that same issue and found this which really helped  (kudos to 'SteveD'):

Search for the 'Unprotected Status' section toward the end of the page.  Hope this helps.
