MOVE Multi-Platform & ePO Migration

We are in the process of migrating from an ePO 4.6.9 server to a new ePO 5.1.1 server.  We're also migrating our servers from MOVE Multi-Platform 2.6 to 3.6.  My question is this:

Is it possible to point clients from two different ePO servers to a single MOVE Offload Scan Server?  The reason I ask is because we'd like to do the MOVE upgrade first and then transition to the new ePO server after that.  Since the Offload Scan Server doesn't like to be upgraded while it's being used for obvious reasons.  So for a short period of time, likely less than a week, the easiest way to accomplish this is to have MOVE clients on the old ePO server point to the same MOVE 3.6 Scan Server that's currently serving clients on the new ePO server.

While perhaps not conventional wisdom, is there any problem with this? Seems like it should work, which means it'll probably break everything.

Re: MOVE Multi-Platform & ePO Migration

The Offload Scan Server and Clients should be on the same ePO server. You cannot have OSS on one ePO and Clients on another ePO.
