MOVE AV Protection Disabled on VDI Desktop

Hallo Team,

Can someone help me here? Hopefully it should be easier to answer.

We have VMware Horizon environment running WIndows 10-1909.

McAfee Agent 5.6.5

McAfee Client 4.8.1

I have installed these Agent and clients as described in the PDF document and removed the keys

But all my VDI Desktops comes with MOVE AV Protection disabled

When I check the l

I see below results in mvagent.log

and mvadm status is disabled and Primary and secondary server are shown as not configured.

Hi, sorry for delay responding on this. The error suggests the client cannot reach the SVM-MGR (broker) to obtain an SVM scan lease.

MOVE AV Multi-Platform clients fail to connect to the Security Virtual Machine manager

Also check all your expected SVM are registered with the SVM-MGR. This detail is in EPO, or can be obtained locally on the SVM-MGR by running

"sudo ./opt/McAfee/movesvamanager/msmclient.sh ossdetails"
